Can a cultural association with a small project change the destiny of a small village of approx 130 inhabitants, undergoing in depopulation phase? The answer is yes! As part of the CREAHLANDS Training test meeting in Viterbo (https://creahlands.eu/), Mr Silvio Franco, Councilor for Economic Development and Tourism of the city of Viterbo, briefly tells about the good practice born thanks to a cultural association in Sant'Angelo di Roccalvecce, the village that has become the fairytale town.
